As a Fiber Customer Support Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. You will join a tech support team in a call center, where you will troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices, and answer customer tech questions. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our services and can fully utilize the benefits of our network.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedication to customer service excellence, with amazing communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. A related Associate Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support or customer service is preferred, although not essential.
