We are seeking an experienced Foster Care, Care Coordinator to join our team in Shawnee County, KS, and surrounding areas. As a Foster Care, Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for using trauma-informed evidence-based approaches with members and caregivers for children and youth who are in out-of-home placement through the foster care system with complex/high or moderate needs. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, with a home-based office, and will be required to travel in the assigned region to visit Medicaid members in foster homes and/or other settings.
