Job Summary

As a Full Stack Analyst - Information Technology, you will play a critical role in performing detailed requirements analysis, reporting processes, creating client stories, and working with teams to analyze data and support functional/client acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should be familiar with Agile scrum software development methodologies, have excellent communication skills, and a natural analytical mindset/problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage at least one project, both moderate to complex tasks and run projects of a limited scope
• Require moderate mentorship to manage work and time
• Assist with planning and schedule of solutions via requirements gathering
• Clearly document, communicate, and maintain requirements/client stories and solutions and related analysis
• Create simple workflow models and cycle maps based on input from various sources
• Lead and work with teams with Innovation and Colleagues to capture requirements and prerequisites, solutions, plans, estimates, and troubleshooting
• Identify issues/problems and find solutions

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
• Software engineering, Data Systems, or Business Organization
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should be lawfully authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• Client Concentration - devoted to meeting the expectations and needs of internal/external clients
• Partners with the Business - acts as a valued partner to the business, builds relationships with the client
• Diligence - includes listening and checking before acting, is open-minded with people and processes
