**Key Responsibilities:**
* Proactively reach out to individuals via phone to offer help and support according to program requirements
* Work closely with a collaborative team of people who share your passion for improving lives
* Be a key contributor to improving the lives of millions of people by connecting them with the support they need to thrive
* Utilize various tech tools to enhance your work and make a meaningful impact
* Facilitate and navigate tough or emotional conversations with empathy and compassion
* Build relationships and trust through conversations, and provide outstanding customer service over the phone and via email
**What We're Looking For:**
* A passionate and open-minded individual with at least 1-year of outbound customer experience in a call center, claims, benefits, fundraising, or healthcare scheduling practices
* Someone who is enthusiastic about mental health and emotional wellbeing, behavioral health, community outreach, resources, healthcare, or active volunteerism
* An individual with an obvious sense of urgency and purpose, who is motivated to help others and aligned with our organizational mission and vision
* Excellent interpersonal skills, especially over the phone, and a willingness to receive feedback
* A college graduate or have an Associate's degree in a customer-related field
* Ability to work remotely and reside in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NC, NE, NV, OH, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WI
