Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions.
- Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
- Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're looking for candidates with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills are required; experience with technology and software applications is a plus.
- Strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; gaming experience is helpful but not required.
