**Responsibilities**
As a remote chatbot developer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Analyzing and documenting data coming from bot conversations to identify patterns, trends, and conversational flows
* Collaborating with system architects and programmers to design and develop chatbot applications
* Designing and building conversational chatbots that automate communication and customer services
* Defining recurring questions to automate answers/responses and enhancing the end-user experience
* Assisting in the handling of multilingual support and building internal testing tools

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
