**Responsibilities**
As a Consultant-Customer/Solution Support Engineer – Azure Infrastructure at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your deep technical expertise and experience in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure technologies to drive solutions and resolve complex technological challenges. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Utilizing advanced knowledge in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware to design and implement robust solutions.
* Engaging with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, Virtualization, Storage, and Networking to drive innovation and excellence.
* Conducting architecture consultation and support for hybrid infrastructures and cloud adoption using the Well Architected Framework.
* Interfacing with enterprise and government clients to successfully plan, deploy, and optimize on-premises, private, and public cloud environments.
* Advising clients on strategic decisions and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of their organizations.
* Confidently presenting complex technical concepts and solutions to clients, aligning them with business goals and objectives.
* Providing comprehensive systems architecture, administration, operations, and software support.
* Solving advanced technical issues and delivering training for Microsoft enterprise software products.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles involving systems architecture, IT consulting, support, and advanced troubleshooting.
* 5 years of experience with Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware.
* A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
* A strong understanding of Microsoft's Modern IT Architecture and Strategy.
* Advanced Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies (Azure, Windows Server) which are highly preferred.
* Proven ability to work independently with strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Comfort in presenting complex information to clients and influencing decisions effectively.
**Nice-to-haves**
