Our associates are the backbone of our organization, and we're committed to supporting their growth and development through industry-leading training and continuous education. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and chats, adhering to our Client First philosophy * Building strong relationships with card members by understanding their needs and designing personalized solutions * Developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling complaints, and closing sales * Addressing general and specific customer requests, providing clear and concise information, and updating customer account data as needed * Utilizing tools and resources to identify customized solutions and anticipate customer needs, aligning with our commitment to a personalized experience * Meeting and exceeding performance objectives, including customer satisfaction ratings, sales rates, quality metrics, consistency standards, and efficiency targets **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) * At least two years of experience in a customer support and consultative sales environment, with a proven track record of building customer loyalty through excellent listening, relationship-building, and communication skills * Integrity in handling sensitive card member data and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to sales and customer service practices * A strong consultative sales approach, with the ability to recommend products or services tailored to each customer's needs * Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and meeting multiple performance metrics * Ability to adapt communication style to diverse customer profiles and situations * Commitment to executing feedback as a means to achieve individual and team performance objectives * Technical proficiency in performing multitasking and navigating through computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy * Practicality and reliability, with a strong work ethic and adherence to schedules **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we welcome candidates with: * A four-year degree in a relevant field * Additional experience in customer service, sales, or a related field * Adaptability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services **arenaflex Flex** At arenaflex, we understand that flexibility is key to success.
