**The Role**
As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our fans across the globe. You'll be responsible for handling inbound consumer contacts, including phone calls, emails, and live chat, in a lively, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging manner. Your primary language will be French, and you'll be expected to read, write, and speak fluently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to inbound consumer contacts in a timely and professional manner, using technology such as Salesforce, the internet, digital knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides.
* Provide excellent service to each consumer, even in high-volume situations.
* Represent the arenaflex brand through our outstanding tone of voice.
* Meet performance expectations with post-contact survey results and daily efficiency.
* Work on Black Friday and Cyber Monday to help our most dedicated fans.
* Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with your teammates to achieve team goals and objectives.
**Requirements**
* Fluency in French (reading, writing, and speaking).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Experience in giving premium customer service and/or inbound sales (preferably in a retail environment).
* Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
* Comfortable with virtual assessments and have access to a secure Wi-Fi network.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer service software.
* Experience with live chat and email support.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional in-person engagement.
