**The Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, while also driving sales growth and revenue. You will be responsible for:
* Providing quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
* Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
* Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
* Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
* Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through personalized service and expert advice
* Sell P&C insurance products to customers, identifying opportunities and presenting solutions that meet their needs
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive sales growth
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers
* Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
* Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
* US Work Authorization required; arenaflex does not provide visa sponsorship for this position
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
* Strong technical background and ability to multi-task in several systems at once
* Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
* Accountable and reliable

* Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $21.50 per hour, based on experience and education
* Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
