**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent, your responsibilities will include:
* Working diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalating to the appropriate level when necessary
* Conveying information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
* Striving for first call resolution to provide "best in class" service
* Staying current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, including Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, and Average Speed of Answer

**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* Property/Casualty Insurance License required
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired. Customer Service experience required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Licensed P&C Agent at arenaflex, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:
* Starting pay ranges from $20 - $21.50/hour based on the candidate's experience, education
* Hours of M-F and some weekends and holidays
* Hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote
