We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. Our team is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our mission. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Connecting with potential clients through an automated dialer and engaging in high-volume calls, resulting in speaking to 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation * Multitasking and utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts to achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments * Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality protocols * Assisting with other projects as needed and contributing to the growth and success of the team * Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues to ensure seamless operations **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs for retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals * Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives * Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and support **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and find creative solutions * A competitive drive and a willingness to work as part of a team to achieve sales goals * A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) * High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet) * A reliable noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB (average price is $20-$30) * Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience * 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a similar role or industry * Familiarity with phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) * Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques * Experience with data entry and management * Certification in customer service or sales **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A flexible and dynamic work environment that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home * A collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages open communication and teamwork * Opportunities for professional growth and development through training and mentorship * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision, and dental coverage, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) * Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary range starts at $17.31/hour, with commissions and bonuses available, resulting in a total compensation package of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+) * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision, and dental coverage, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) * Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period **Training and Onboarding** * 90-day training period, with a comprehensive onboarding program that includes classroom training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing support * Ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the role **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
