**What You’ll Do**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Efficiently Managing High-Volume Calls**: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
* **Listening Actively and Providing Clear Information**: Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate information to resolve their queries.
* **Accessing Cardholder Accounts**: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
* **Assisting with Inquiries and Transactions**: Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, and process transactions efficiently via web-based applications.
* **Maintaining Confidentiality and Compliance**: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
* **Supporting Team Operations**: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.
**What We’re Looking For**
We're looking for a dependable team member with a strong work ethic who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule, including 100% attendance during our three-to-six-week paid training period. You'll be an effective and confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to clearly explain complex information and connect with customers in a professional manner.
**Required Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Age and Education**: Be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* **Customer Service Experience**: Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience.
* **Background Check**: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
* **Internet and Equipment Requirements**: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs, and a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
* **Working Knowledge of Computers**: Have a working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with 1+ years of previous call center experience.
