**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face and voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support for our American Express Business Credit extension and banking products. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver outstanding customer service, resolve complex issues, and build strong relationships with our clients.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support for American Express Business Credit extension and banking products
* Utilize our client adjusting model to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution
* Support the Client's First philosophy by ensuring professional treatment of customer requests
* Investigate customer issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
**Requirements**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial services or payment card industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
* Familiarity with American Express products and services
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and implement effective solutions
