As a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a new device for both clients and sales staff to enhance the sales experience. Your responsibilities will include:

* Orchestrating content from various sources to create a seamless customer experience
* Developing a style guide and maintaining a library of all arenaflex content, monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement

* Working closely with IT and Product Management teams to implement solutions that drive sales, improve customer experience, and enhance overall performance
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, business)
* 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets
* Proven experience in content streamlining through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
* In-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
* Experience with customer experience management tools, including Adobe Experience Director
* Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a matrixed environment
