**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-level Investigation and Content group. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our content portfolio, marketing, and delivery process. You will apply advanced data analysis techniques to drive business decisions, identify untapped client needs, and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Apply advanced data analysis techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
* Analyze client behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
* Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
* Upgrade our content release and episode delivery process to optimize viewer experience
* Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
* Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
* Provide specialized data analysis support to partners to drive business growth
* Communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the entertainment industry
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
* Experience with statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
* Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
* Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Graduate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
* Passion for media and entertainment
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
