**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Home Office Operations and Performance Enhancement team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to drive results. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improvement
* Perform data gathering tasks, data integration, data analysis, and data visualization to inform business decisions
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
* Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions
* Build relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
* Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas of opportunity
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis or business administration
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and data visualization
* Experience driving high-performing teams and developing business strategies
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment
* Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL and data visualization software
* Experience developing and implementing business strategies and process improvements
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
