**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Defining and tracking performance metrics, developing scorecards, and driving development initiatives to support arenaflex's technology transformation program
* Developing reporting and models to inform business decisions and strategy, leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
* Integrating and managing large data sets to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders
* Completing other assigned initiatives and projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
* Developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools to support business decision-making
* Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy and drive growth
**What You'll Need:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
* Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
* Proven experience in developing powerful reporting and scorecards for leaders and stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and insights to stakeholders
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with DevOps Research & Assessment (DORA) and other engineering metrics
* Experience working with agile development teams
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques and tools, such as statistical modeling and machine learning
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
