**Job Summary**
As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to our leadership team. You will work closely with our store and HR partners to address and resolve concerns related to work from home and field activities. Your proactive approach to creating reports and identifying opportunities to drive booking execution in our stores will be essential in driving business growth and improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improvement
* Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights to our leadership team
* Produce reports for groups and leadership to audit and use, and deliver presentations to groups and senior leaders
* Build skills and knowledge, including self-improvement, team knowledge, and client (internal) knowledge
* Direct Chief/Direct Reports, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
* Regularly report to Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job
* 3 years of work experience, preferably in a retail or field-related environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders and stakeholders
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling senior leaders
* Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and interpretation
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
* Experience working in a retail or field-related environment, with a strong understanding of store operations and customer needs
