**About the Role:**
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection. Your expertise will be essential in identifying subscribers impacted by episodes requiring critical and lawful remediations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber informing drives, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data collection, as well as episode remediation to ensure that the right clients receive discounts when required.
* Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for informing and remediation.
* Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
* Develop a deep understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information.
* Manage project planning and timelines and oversee cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
* Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline
* 2+ years of analytical experience
* Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
* Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
**Good To Haves:**
* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
* Postgraduate education
* Knowledge of Wind current
