**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analysis team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing measurement and dashboard requirements, improving existing estimation frameworks and tools, and enhancing data answers for budget and mission estimation. If you have a proven track record of repeating and improving internal processes, and possess the technical skills required for analysis projects, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with marketing effort leaders, teams, and our central analysis group to gather information and measurement requirements
* Oversee and improve integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance. Lead reviews, improve data processes encompassing data flow, and ensure data accuracy
* Oversee in-house processes for advertising trial and error. Track and log progressing studies/tests across arenaflex, Instagram, and Courier. Build automation to improve data precision and flexibility
* Write effective SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables
* Partner with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and correct data accuracy/precision issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in SQL (Prophet, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
* Experience working with cross-functional teams
* Experience building/working distributed frameworks of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large data sets from multiple sources
* Self-starter with adaptability to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances
* Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
* Experience with agile development methodologies
* Certification in data analysis or a related field
