We're seeking an experienced and skilled Sneaker Verification Specialist to join our team. As a Sneaker Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying the authenticity of sneakers, identifying counterfeit products, and ensuring that every buyer receives the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing preloved and new items from major fashion brands to guarantee their authenticity
- Conducting an examination to confirm the item's description and condition are consistent
- Reporting counterfeit items with concise and specific findings
- Staying up-to-date with current brand trends and developments
- Working in a fast-paced office environment and achieving quality metrics and productivity goals daily
- Proactively communicating with managers about daily activities and obstacles
- Working in a warehouse environment and being able to lift 15kg on an occasional basis
