**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating with teams and leaders across various departments to ensure alignment and cooperation on multiple initiatives and projects
* Analyzing complex schedules and datasets to identify insights and trends that inform business decisions
* Developing high-quality presentation materials to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders
* Navigating complex systems and processes to extract relevant data and insights
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to business and operational challenges
* Analyzing historical profitability and performance metrics to inform future business decisions
* Contributing to the development of innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Advanced knowledge of business and operations concepts, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and management techniques
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences and stakeholders
* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
* Experience working with transportation operations, customer or profitability analysis, and communication, particularly in presenting to diverse audiences
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Ability to recognize and communicate insights and trends to inform business decisions
**Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Advanced experience in the aviation industry, particularly in quantitative roles, is highly desirable
* Proven track record of identifying and developing solutions to business and operational challenges
* Experience with presentation and visualization platforms, data access and analytical platforms, and transportation operations is highly desirable
