Our Remote team is a hub of creativity, collaboration, and innovation, where talented individuals come together to drive business success. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business growth. This is a part-time role, working 8 hours a week, with a competitive salary of $26/hour. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources, including but not limited to, customer programs, business plans, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing campaigns. * Investigate the execution of different pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing). * Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models. * Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions. * Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth. * Support the development and improvement of Coke Florida tools to drive financial targets based on top-line to bottom-line switches with continued improvement of value chain capabilities. * Model business scenarios based on realized data sets and business needs/requirements. * Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and develop executive-level presentations. * Perform other related and assigned duties. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation. * Management Consulting or Design experience highly preferred. * Strong Excel skills - formulas, VLookups, with modeling capabilities. * Strong data interpretation skills. * Data visualization skills through Tableau or Microsoft Power BI. * Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet. * Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Ability to exhibit entrepreneurial thinking to drive growth in overall business framework. * Commitment to continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL. * Measurable analysis using R or similar tool. * Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tool. * Knowledge of SharePoint. * Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes. * Project management or support experience. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $26/hour. * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the beverage industry. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * 401(k) matching program. * Paid time off and holidays. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
