**The Role**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in enabling our clients to take their medications accurately and achieve better overall well-being. This position is completely remote, and you'll be telecommuting from the comfort of your own home. You'll work an adaptable part-time schedule that may begin and end beyond typical business hours, with a guaranteed 30-39 hours per week. The compensation for this role is $22.00/hour.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Help clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions
* Oversee both inbound and outbound calls
* Proactively identify answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
* Adopt an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
* Provide top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment
* Assist with responding to client requests regarding their insurance and copays, as needed
* Furnish our clients with specialized support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
* Serve clients promptly to ensure we're building a long-term relationship with them

**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with Amazon's pharmacy platform and services
* Knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical terminology
* Certification in customer service or a related field
