**About This Job**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our customer service and account resolution team. You'll work closely with our clients, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues and provide personalized support. Our fast-paced and dynamic environment is designed to challenge you, while our collaborative culture encourages teamwork and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support Record Goal operations as a section-level Record Goal Expert by utilizing knowledge of company products, services, programs, policies, and Record Goal systems.
* Apply information while interacting with delinquent clients.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the quality client experience by gathering and arranging terms of repayment on outstanding account balances.
* Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using either an auto dialer or direct dial system to determine the reason for misconduct.
* Seek guidance from supervisors and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal teams.
* Collaborate with the Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related information, as well as internal and external clients.
**Required Capabilities**
* 3+ years of Record Goal, client contact, customer service, or sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

* Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines.
* Ability to listen and elicit information while exercising independent judgment to successfully identify and resolve issues.

* Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry.
* Military experience in personnel management, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status tasks, HR, or military recruiting.
* Military knowledge or research experience including functional management, project management, mission development management, and financial management.
* Experience working with military regulations and directives, enrolled assessments, official/authority reporting, and assisting in keeping military staff battle-ready and effective.
