Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote)
As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. This is a full-time remote position that requires collaboration with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to ensure project success, resolve issues promptly, and achieve common goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Document Review and Filing: Review and file legal documents accurately using our internal systems and tools, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Ongoing Training: Participate in regular training sessions to expand your knowledge of the industry, processes, and systems, staying up-to-date with best practices and new technologies.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Additional Projects: Complete additional projects as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to ensure seamless project execution, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive team success.
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with data entry systems.
- Typing Speed: Typing speed of at least 50-60 words per minute.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Teamwork: Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
