Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter data into our systems from various sources, ensuring that all information is correct and readily available.
- Data Audits and Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and consistency, and troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaboration and Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes, and develop and maintain documentation related to data entry procedures and best practices.
- Reporting and Analytics: Assist in reporting and analytics efforts by providing data insights, and participate in training sessions to enhance data management skills.
- Independent Work and Time Management: Work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
- Typing Skills: Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy (minimum 60 WPM).
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Data Management Systems: Familiarity with data management systems and software.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional Experience: Additional experience in data management or a related field is highly desirable.
