You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication, efficient processes, and exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will help us optimize our operations, improve productivity, and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business outcomes * Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and develop solutions to drive process improvements * Produce reports for teams and leadership to audit and use * Deliver presentations to teams and senior leaders to drive business outcomes * Build skills and knowledge, including self-improvement, team knowledge, and customer (internal) knowledge * Travel requirements: occasional travel under 10% of the time * Physical demands: mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position, with regular opportunities to move about; occasional need to move or lift light objects **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a field of study related to the job * 3 years of work experience, preferably in a retail or field-related environment * Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and insights * Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling senior leaders * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Store experience and/or ASDS experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with diverse teams **Skills and Competencies** * Data analysis and insights * Process improvement and optimization * Communication and presentation skills * Leadership and team management * Critical thinking and problem-solving * Quantitative skills, including data analysis and insights **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
