As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual foundation that supports the DC, as well as administer and support section of all moves/add/change demands.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework
* Serve as the primary contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions
* Work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual foundation that supports the DC
* Administer and support section of all moves/add/change demands
* Contact MHE merchants as it relates to data management
* Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
* Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
* Serve as a liaison between the DC office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
* Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
* Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
* Carry out all future arrivals of software
* Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
* Regulate non-exempt staff
* Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
* Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end users
* Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
* Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
**Required Capabilities:**
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
* 2+ years of experience (remote work environment preferred)
* 2+ years of involvement in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
* Must be local, this is not a remote job
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Project management experience an asset
* Bachelor's degree in IT focus preferred
* Excellent relational and interpersonal skills
* Business acumen
