**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Building and deploying predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
* Developing and implementing data-driven solutions to address complex business problems
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support
* Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, clinicians, and patients
* Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
* Working with large-scale, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Developing and maintaining data pipelines, including data ingestion, processing, and storage
* Collaborating with data engineers to design and implement data architectures that support business needs
* Participating in the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
* Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field
* Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering
* Proven experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with IoT and Edge AI is a plus
