**Key Responsibilities**
As a Staff Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for leading data science initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Data Source Identification**: Identify and extract relevant data sources, define data quality requirements, and perform preliminary data quality tests.
* **Problem Formulation**: Analyze business problems, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
* **Analytical Modeling**: Develop and deploy machine learning models that drive business outcomes, including predictive modeling, clustering, and recommendation systems.
* **Model Deployment & Scaling**: Deploy and scale machine learning models in production, ensuring high-quality data and model performance.
* **Code Development & Testing**: Develop and test code to deploy machine learning models, ensuring high-quality code and model performance.
* **Applied Business Acumen**: Evaluate business cases for projects and initiatives, influence business stakeholder decision-making, and translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

**What You'll Bring**
