**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with our product team to design and develop data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our users
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve user experience
* Work closely with our engineering team to build and deploy data-driven applications
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in a quantitative role, preferably as an early data scientist or product expert at a hyper-growth tech company or research organization
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and R
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
* Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
* Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language models
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
* Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
* Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and ETL tools
* Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
* Experience with agile development methodologies
