About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development, employee relations, and strategic HR.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- PHR/SPHR certification or willingness to obtain.
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- A master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, NLRB, and Title VII.
- Experience with HR information systems, including Workday, ADP, or similar platforms.

- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives, including training and development programs.
