**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Java developer to join our Customer Systems team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, application owners, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy Java-based software applications, including back-end systems, APIs, and web applications

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on back-end systems, APIs, and web applications
* Strong understanding of Java programming language, including Java 8 and later versions
* Experience with Java frameworks, such as Spring and Hibernate
* Knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data access technologies
* Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
