**Key Responsibilities**
As a Product Principal at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivery and Execution (10%):** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams, to ensure that our products meet customer needs and exceed expectations. Review recommended solutions and work with product teams to ensure alignment with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities.
* **Strategy and Planning (60%):** Partner with cross-functional programs or technology portfolios to align outcomes and drive business growth. Develop and communicate strategic plans, using OKRs to cascade context up to leadership and down to balanced teams. Lead cross-functional discovery, working with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams to create, coordinate, and sequence activities that ensure alignment across impacted teams.
* **Team and Stakeholder (30%):** Represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery, partnering with leadership to ensure that our products meet customer needs and drive business growth. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience.

**Travel Requirements**
Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.
**Physical Requirements**
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Located in a comfortable indoor area, with any unpleasant conditions being infrequent and not objectionable.
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Must be eighteen years of age or older.
* Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
