**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Customer Excellence organization, where you will play a critical role in driving full-cycle hiring success. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of recruitment projects, from sourcing and screening candidates to advising hiring managers and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for all levels of the Customer Excellence organization, ensuring timely and effective delivery of high-quality candidates
* Partner with and advise hiring managers and hiring teams to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
* Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, ongoing relationship management, and participation in special virtual events
* Lead or contribute to multiple internal arenaflex projects, leveraging your expertise to drive business outcomes and improve processes
* Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, Customer Excellence Recruiting
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles
* Proven success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles, with a strong track record of delivering results
* Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
* Ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects, and relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences
* Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience, with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business outcomes
* Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
* Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Certification in recruitment or a related field, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI
* Experience using data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and drive business outcomes
