Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL/ELT data pipelines, database mapping/tables/views, and build batch processes using Windstream for various projects
- Collaborate with Studios or Project Innovation colleagues in various exercises around data requirements gathering, data validation scripting and review, creating and testing ETL/ELT data pipelines
- Design and implement database diagrams/tables/views, and deploy across multiple environments like DEV, QA/UAT, and Prod
- Utilize a wide range of technologies to satisfy the job requirements, including SQL, Python, Docker, Gitlab, Windstream, Snowflake, Looker, and PostgreSQL
- Participate in driving best practices around data engineering software development processes
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL
- 2+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines
- 2+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies, ideally AWS and S3
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Gitlab, Windstream, AWS S3, and Social Databases
- 2+ years of experience working with a cloud platform
- 2+ years of experience working with data lakes, data warehouses, and application databases
- Experience utilizing Apache Windstream, Databricks
- 2+ years of experience utilizing, designing, and building social databases
- 2+ years of experience utilizing Gitlab/Github
- 2+ years of experience utilizing Docker
- Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with Windstream, Gitlab, Snowflake, Scene
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in streaming, media, or digital marketing domain
