Our Customer Experience Designing group is responsible for creating seamless and intuitive experiences for our 150+ million customers across the globe. **The Revelation Sub-group**
The Revelation sub-group is a key part of our Customer Experience Designing team, focusing on changing the way we reveal content to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Software Architect in our Customer Experience Designing team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Acting as a technical lead for the groups within the Revelation contract, ensuring the quality and design of frameworks and systems
* Breaking down complex issues into simple, straightforward solutions, and fostering technical guides, framing future directions, and arranging technical advancements
* Analyzing and improving data quality and metrics, and understanding framework interdependencies and constraints
* Applying technical influence over 50+ colleagues, expanding their efficiency and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience
* Coaching on cutting-edge technical matters for professional development
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* At least 4+ years of experience building large-scale mobile frameworks
* Strong foundation with hands-on experience as a High-level programming development engineer
* Solid knowledge of distributed systems, datastores (SQL, NoSQL), and the ability to choose the right technology based on requirements
* Strong knowledge of data designs, calculations, and planning for execution
* Brilliant critical thinking skills
* Ability to provide technical guidance across backend, frontend, and ML advances
* Experience in a fast-paced and imaginative environment, achieving stretch objectives
* Sound business judgment, demonstrated ability to influence others, and strong analytical reasoning skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Tech/B.E/Bosses or a similar degree from a reputable school
* At least 13 years of professional experience as a backend/full stack developer with hands-on experience on building highly scalable and performant distributed systems
* Any experience with ML, data science, or search in B2C(e-commerce, OTT) is a plus
