As part of our CSP vision, we're harnessing AI to transform our approach to customer service, and we're looking for talented software engineers to join our Chatbot Product team. **The Difference You Will Make:** As a Senior Software Engineer on our Chatbot Product team, you'll play a significant role in shaping the technical vision and delivering flexible, efficient, and scalable solutions for our AI-driven customer service products. You'll work in a team of talented and diverse software engineers to create innovative user experiences for both backend workflows of Large Language Model (LLM) driven chatbots and frontend user experiences across different platforms. Your expertise will help us build novel products and features that combine AI capabilities with the expertise of our support ambassadors. **A Typical Day:** As a Senior Software Engineer on our Chatbot Product team, you'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering counterparts to execute on product and business strategy. Your responsibilities will include: * Driving, leading, and contributing to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch * Reviewing code and design documents, providing feedback on product specs and mocks * Nurturing a culture of technical quality from design through code review to production operations * Collaborating with teams across engineering, product, and design organizations to deliver exceptional customer service **Your Expertise:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5-9+ years of industry experience with a BS/Masters or 2+ years with a PhD and experience in a fast-paced tech environment * Strong expertise with backend systems in service-oriented architectures * Experience with frontend or full-stack development * Experience with chatbot/AI product development (a plus) * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with teams across the engineering, product, and design organizations * Passion for efficiency, availability, technical quality, and system quality * Love for collaborating via code reviews and architecture discussions, and a motivation to improve teammates' productivity **Your Location:** This position is US-Remote Eligible, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
