**Job Description**
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web and cloud applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies. You will work closely with our team of experts to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions that meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and developing web and cloud applications using languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
* Working with our team to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Developing and maintaining high-quality code that meets arenaflex's coding standards
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Participating in code reviews and providing feedback to colleagues

**Key Responsibilities**
* Technical Planning and Execution
+ Supports project initiation efforts by aiding in the definition of project scope, identification of designated solutions, and project management in arranging, assessing, booking, prioritization, and resource allocation work out.
+ Participates in the solution design process: requirements gathering and refinement, contributes to practical design, and leads technical design and development.
+ Mitigates risk with models and evidence of ideas for complex issues as fitting.

* Provides timely and comprehensive communication regarding status/goals with end-users and other key stakeholders.

**Authority**
* Provides project authority; starts, coordinates, and supports small to medium development efforts for a team of developers over a common code base.
* Oversees delivery of various engineers in the team by establishing boundaries and directing expectations.
* Addresses the Development Group when engaged with cross-functional teams, including functional experts, Project Management, Development, Engineering, Foundation, and the business client.
* Arranges work with and impacts others to acquire solutions and commonly pleasant results in complex and ambiguous circumstances.
* Mentors and guides other application engineers in acquiring new skills and technologies.
* Shows leadership and boldness with conscious, articulate situations to impact critical technology solutions.
* Deals with the drive and conveys in a high-speed support climate, driving all issues to resolution with a solid focus on customer satisfaction, partner management, on-time delivery, and effective project execution.
**Requirements**
* 4+ years of significant IT experience
* 3+ years of experience in Salesforce B2B Trade
* 4+ years of experience and understanding of the Salesforce Platform and design, data models, business out-of-the-box features, and capabilities
* 3+ years of experience in a Agile and DevOps environment
* Sound knowledge of Salesforce B2B Business features and Salesforce community.
* Experience executing large-scale business solutions centered around Salesforce Trade solutions
* Experience coordinating Salesforce with various business systems as well as working with integration tools (ETL, NiFI, Mulesoft, etc..)
* Development experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Parts (LWC)
