Job Summary
As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process calls from patients, families, and healthcare professionals, gathering essential information and providing emotional support.
- Relay critical information to clinicians, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care.

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with empathy and a smile in your voice.
- Access to a high-speed internet connection on a personal network (not shared).

Preferred Qualifications:
