Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, resolving issues and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats in a positive and professional manner.
- Aid in all customer service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management.
- Typing at a minimum of 30-35 WPM.
- Up-to-date anti-virus protection installed, always scan mode.
- Suggest opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of our customer service operation.
- Establish working relationships with clients, potential clients, and companies we represent on the phone, email, and online.
- Provide competent assistance to customers, understanding the mechanics of the service.

Essential Qualifications
- Customer service experience: 1-2 years (Preferred).
