Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately and efficiently in our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data.
- Review data for discrepancies or errors, correcting any inconsistencies and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Communicate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and generate reports and summaries as needed.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required and provide support to the team.
- Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement data entry processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve data-related issues and implement data quality control measures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with data management software.
