Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Customer Relations Call Center Agent to provide exceptional support to our retail pharmacy customers. As a customer advocate, you'll respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver personalized solutions that exceed expectations. This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a timely and professional manner, upholding blithequark's purpose and values.
- Serve as a customer advocate, researching and resolving customer concerns while providing personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Utilize strong PC skills to toggle between different applications, including Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office.
- Articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office.
- Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing.
- Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program.
- Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Prior inbound Call Center experience.
- Previous experience working from home.
- Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience.
Work Schedule and Compensation
This is a full-time role, requiring availability between 9am and 8pm, Eastern Standard Time, including Saturdays and Sundays. Days off may not be consecutive. The starting hourly rate is $17.00, with a pay range of $17.00 - $32.74, depending on experience and qualifications.
