About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers with questions regarding blithequark's services, including behavioral health providers, services available, and Medicaid benefit plans. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, with flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from customers and provide exceptional service
• Research and provide referrals to providers and agencies in specific counties to Medicaid-eligible consumers
• Utilize computer databases to verify Medicaid eligibility
• Offer additional information, such as phone numbers or addresses, to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned to support the Care Coordination team

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2 years of customer service experience in insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex systems
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM EST, Monday through Sunday (October to March) and Monday through Friday (April to September)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity working with Financial Health Technology
