Job Summary

As a Personal Banker - Partner Individual Investor, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences, building relationships, and providing financial solutions that help clients succeed. You'll work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, offer tailored products and services, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and provide support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client experiences by building relationships, proactively reaching out to clients, and providing personalized financial solutions
• Assist clients with everyday requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
• Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect with clients' needs
• Collaborate with clients to demonstrate care and build relationships
• Provide suitable choices for bank products and services to clients
• Refer clients' financial needs to other financial professionals and partners as needed
• Participate in the delivery of mortgage loan products, including negotiating terms and taking applications for residential secured transactions

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience working with clients, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, and/or education
• Client-focused mindset with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to address client needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience proactively engaging with clients through outreach using phone or email
• Ability to educate and connect clients to technology and offer the value of mobile banking options
• Experience working with others in a team to address client issues
• Experience fostering and developing strong client relationships
• Ability to build strong associations with internal partners
• Capacity to follow policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risks and take appropriate action to prevent loss
