Job Overview

As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a Locker+ location, assisting customers with their packages, and providing top-notch customer service. You will work in a designated retail location, which could be a Whole Foods Market, a freestanding location, a partner retailer, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a positive experience when picking up or returning their packages, and you will achieve this by being knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, using technology to sort, scan, and prepare orders, and receiving truck deliveries.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
