About the Role

As an Associate Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first line of communication with our customers, including existing and potential members, providers, internal departments, and employers. You will provide detailed benefit quotes, review eligibility and premium information, and assist members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians. Your excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure will enable you to educate members and providers on the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services, research and respond to claims and authorization inquiries, and resolve customer issues and concerns.
