Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience
- A strong customer focus, rooted in empathy, and excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A reliable private internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 5Mbps, and a secure home office environment
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly
